At Press Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
